Free shipping and no minimum order value

You can choose between two delivery options at the checkout:

  1. "Free shipping" is free of charge and is normally sent within 2-5 working days.
  2. "Fast shipping Environment" costs SEK 29, sent within 1-2 working days. The shipment is climate compensated by PostNord.

Delivery time is counted from the day we confirmed the order.

When your package is shipped, it normally takes 1-2 working days for PostNord to deliver it. Addresses on Gotland and in Norrland normally have a somewhat longer delivery time. Delivery delays can occur and we cannot provide any guarantee for the delivery time. If delivery cannot take place within the agreed time, you will be informed without unnecessary delay about the reason and be informed of a new delivery time. Your package will be shipped as Goods or MyPack Collect. Commodity letters have limited traceability. MyPack Collect is traceable and the service is environmentally certified according to ISO 14001 and quality certified according to ISO 9001.

When you complete your purchase, we will send you an order confirmation to the email address you provide at the time of purchase. When your package is then ready to leave our warehouse, we will send you a delivery confirmation with a tracking link and your package number. When you click on the tracking link you will come to PostNord's service to track where your package is. If we judge that your order can be placed in the mailbox, it will be sent as a goods letter, if it is larger or contains products with an 18-year limit, it will instead be sent as a package to your nearest delivery point. In order to retrieve your package, you need a valid ID and the package / order number you receive via SMS.

We charge a fee of SEK 150 for orders that are not collected from the post office where the order was sent. The fee refers to costs for return shipping, handling and administration.

Where's my package?

  • When you complete your purchase, we will send you an order confirmation to the email address you provide at the time of purchase.
  • When your package is then ready to leave our warehouse, we will send you a delivery confirmation with a tracking link and your package number. When you click on the tracking link you will come to PostNord's service to track where your package is.
  • You can also find the tracking link by logging in to My pages.
